Privacy policy

Plain version: we keep your name, email and what you bought. Your documents and reports are deleted five days after a check finishes — automatically, whether you download them or not. We never sell anything about you, and your work is never added to a database of past submissions.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.
- Documents you upload — the file, its name and size.
- Reports — the PDFs the checking engine produces for your document.
- Purchases — which pack you bought, when, and the order reference from our payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.
- Service records — a log of each exchange with the checking provider for your check, so a missing or disputed report can be traced.
- Referrals — if you joined through someone's invite link, which account invited you.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
- Your document and its reports: five days after the check finishes, then permanently deleted from our storage. Download anything you want to keep before then — once deleted we cannot get it back.
- Account and purchase records: kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need them for tax, accounting and fraud records.
- Service records of a check: kept after the file itself is gone, because they are what lets us settle a dispute about an order. They contain the reference, timings and provider responses — not the contents of your document.
Who else sees your document
Three parties, and no others:
- Our checking provider, who runs the check and produces the reports. Your document is sent to them for that purpose only.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, who stores the file and runs this site.
- Our payment provider, who handles the money — they see your purchase, never your document.
Staff can see your account, your purchases, and the records of your checks in order to run the service and answer support requests. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone else, and we do not share it for marketing.
Your work is not reused
Your document is not added to any repository or database of past submissions, is not used to train any model, and is not shown to other users. It is uploaded, checked, returned, and deleted.
Cookies
We set one cookie: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is required for the site to work, is not used for tracking, and is cleared when you log out. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
Your choices
- See or correct your details — on your account page.
- Delete a document early — ask us and we will remove it before the five days are up.
- Close your account and erase your data — ask on Discord. We will delete your account and personal data, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
- A copy of your data — ask, and we will send you what we hold.
If you are in the UK, EU or another region with data protection rights, these are your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Files live in private storage that is not publicly addressable — report downloads go through this site and are checked against your session, so a link to a report is useless to anybody else. Passwords are hashed.
Children
This service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will post it to the changelog and update the date above. For anything privacy related, message us on Discord.
