Forgot your password

We reset it by hand, so you'll be talking to a person rather than waiting on an email.

1. Open a ticket in our Discord and say you need a password reset.
2. Tell us the email address on your account. Don't send your old password — we can't read it anyway, and we'll never ask for it.
3. We'll send you a temporary password. Log in with it and the site will ask you to set a new one straight away.
